Take the capsule exactly as prescribed, even if symptoms begin to improve quickly. Common side effects include headache, nausea, stomach discomfort and diarrhoea. Avoid taking it with medicines that may interact unless advised, and seek medical advice if symptoms return frequently or fail to improve within seven days.
